The Sonoma County Museum Foundation announces an expansion and official opening of its new Art Museum of Sonoma County set for Saturday, April 11, 2015. One of the featured sculptures was Lee Kelley's "Akbar's Garden," 1984, which is located in the quad across from the Student Recreation Center.
The 17-foot-tall steel sculpture was donated in 2002 by art collector and philanthropist Jordan D. Schnitzer and his parents, Harold and Arlene Schnitzer.
