Steven Rainville and Lauren Gallow wrote about the soon to be completed Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art at Washington State University, aiming to increase access to arts for the Inland Northwest Region. The location and design brings art to the forefront of life at WSU.
The design, is by Jim Olson of Olson Kundig with Hoffman Construction Co., building the museum. With the expansion the museum aimed to not only increase square footage but also establish a stronger visual presence. The result of this is a reflective crimson box.
