Mark Favermann of The Arts Fuse, Boston’s online arts magazine, recently reviewed Frank Stella Prints, an exhibit at the Addison Gallery of American Art in Andover, MA.
“Frank Stella Prints offers an unusually illuminating perspective on the career of virtuoso artist Frank Stella, who helped define the perimeters of American art over the past five decades,” writes Favermann.
Favermann has crafted an article sharing Stella’s life story, and his artistic journey to create a significant body of abstract art through paintings, reliefs, drawings, and prints.
The exhibition includes works donated by the artist to the Addison Gallery, and from the collection of the Jordan D. Schnitzer Family Foundation.
Frank Stella Prints is at the Addison Gallery through July 30.
