Margaret Bikman of the Bellingham Herald interviews philanthropist about his art collection and the exhibit Radical Repetition: Albers to Warhol, open now at the Whatcom Museum in Bellingham, Washington. Bikman writes, “It’s his passion for sharing the arts, and his emergence as one of the country’s leading collectors of postwar American art, that will benefit the Bellingham art scene for a few months.”
Radical Repetition, drawn from the collections of Jordan D. Schnitzer and his Family Foundation, includes works from Andy Warhol, Josef Albers, Sol LeWitt, and Hung Liu, among others. The exhibit is on view through August 17th. Read the full article.
