Dieu Donné will hold their Annual Benefit on November 5, 2016, at the Park Avenue Armory in New York during IFPDA Print Weekend. The event celebrates an incredible 40 years since Dieu Donné's founding, which has inspired hundreds of established and emerging artists to expand their artistic process through the collaborative creation of art on handmade paper.
This year's honorees are art collector and philanthropist Jordan D. Schnitzer and Dieu Donné Artistic Director Paul Wong, who has led the studio's artistic collaborations since 1978. The event features a silent auction of unique artworks made on Dieu Donné's handmade paper by 100 artists including Polly Apfelbaum, Gina Beavers, Jessica Stockholder, B. Wurtz, James Siena, and more, who meaningfully support this important fundraiser through their creative contributions.
